Egg Recall List
The list of recalled eggs continues to grow at a rapid pace – so quickly that it is difficult to keep up with all of the name brands, plants, and date codes that have been recalled.
How to identify recalled eggs by plant and date code:
The dates of manufacture and plant codes are stamped on the egg cartons.
The plant number begins with the letter “P”, followed by a number (P-1946 in the example below).
The Julian date follows the plant number (223 in the example below).

It is important to note that both the plant number and Julian date must match those identified in the recall. If the Julian date does not match the affected plant number, then your eggs are not currently involved in the recall.
